Everybody who helped me during my visit were helpful and kind.

Great visit, explained what issues I might be dealing with and came up with a plan. The plan gave me hope in getting some relief. In the interim, Ed prescribed a med that really knocked down the pain immediately. Can’t wait for the next step in our plan. Ed was thorough and friendly.

Dr. Lairson and his staff are professional and caring. They provide excellent care and follow up. I would highly recommend him.

Anybody who's paid attention knows that the virus changed the world. Even clinics are understaffed. You must take that into consideration. My experience with this clinic has been for the most part wonderful. I don't go to the clinic for the patients. I go there because the doctors are very competent and the staff is very friendly and caring. I see a lot of negative opinions are about the time the doctor spends with you. As long as the doctor understands and offers relevant treatment I'm not really concerned with how many minutes they spend with me. Dr. Lairson and his staff get my approval.

He set an an alarm so that he could ship me out of the office. I was a new patient and he came in with a male medical resident, but did not get my consent to bring him into the exam room. His medical assistant was the one who took the history. The physical exam was extremely cursory and incomplete. He had no time for questions or discussions. His goal was to be in and out of the exam room in about 5 minutes.

He spent 5 minutes with me as a new patient. His watch alarm went off and he was done with the evaluation. This is such a disappointment, especially because I chose to see a Physiatrist rather than an Orthopedist to get a more comprehensive evaluation. He didn’t even have the hard disc copy of the MRI imaging studies even though I told his office where the imaging was done months prior to the appointment. I have never ever had a physician set an alarm to time the appointment duration. This must be how he would like to be treated as a human being.

Very pleased with my procedure. Dr was very pleasant and explained what was happening.

I like him but he seemed a little rushed. He had to go out of room and said he s be back but he never did and did not say goodbye or if I had any questions. His nurse came in soon after so guess he thought it not necessary to say goodbye. I do like him but he must of been too busy.

Dr. Lairson is very patient, he listens which put me at ease. He has a wonderful bedside manner. His office was very quick with ordering tests and X-rays. Jessica and Kristi are great too!
