Would never go back. Very poor service and treatment.

I have been under Dr. Straczynski for 10 years and I have found her to be very compassionate and understanding and has your best interest at heart. She listens and takes action. She is not one to cover your health concerns with a RX, but rather likes to get down to the root cause. I was so impressed with her care that I switched my children from a pediatrician to her and they have been seeing her for about 8 years.

When I had pneumonia, Dr. Straczynski prescribed medication that took care of it immediately and I recuperated in a matter of days.

I am so glad that I changed my GP to Dr. Straczynski about 3 years ago. At first I thought that the attention she had given me was because I was a new patient, but after seeing her for several checkups and follow-up appointments, I couldn't be happier that she is my doctor. She is very thorough and asks a lot of questions to make her assessments. She is also informative in giving instructions on treatment. Whereas with my other doctor, sometimes I would have to wait 20 minutes in the waiting room and 20 more minutes in an examination room before the doctor would come in and take less than 10 minutes with me. But every time I have been to see Dr. S, she is always punctual and provides me with the time and attention every patient deserves. I highly recommend Dr. Straczynski to everyone!

I had been unhappy with my previous physician but was hesitant to change practices since I had such a long, uninterrupted history with my doctor - I didn't relish the idea of starting over again with a new group. I am very happy that I made the change - my previous physician just kept writing prescriptions to deal with symptoms. This practice and specifically Dr Straczynski has already kept better tabs on my overall health picture than any previous experience I'd ever had. They have a very professional staff and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes beyond my appointment time.

My son was there having an regular croup, and this dr did take him seriously by trating him as pneumonia, considering nothing about he was only 2 year old. I had hard time feeding him the medicine and three days later with no sign for my son getting better, we revisited this dr, and was accused of not giving enough medicine. We explained that we tried every means that could use but no help could be got from her except for firm orders. And later she asked us to take an X-ray exam to my son, which was so hard for him with coughing and crying. After the exam, she argued that pneumonia was observed and wanted us to continue the sam treatment, and empasised that this could be vital. Later that day, after being enough with her, we went to another doctor with whom we had very good experience, and was told my son is fine with those sympotons and from the X-ray results, no pneumonia was observed. Only the normal croup infection. We were told not to give any antiboitcs, and gave us some… kid-friendly medicine which was easily dissoved in juice. And we followed him and the next day my son was a lot better. Appearently, Dr. Straczynski was doing too much regardless my son was only 2 year old. I could not understand why she wanted us to go through X-ray and continued to use the medicien that is soppused to be used for aldults. I was really not happy with her.
