She’s gotten meaner and meaner throughout my care with her. I switched to my mom’s doctor, and they were ACTUALLY trying to help me. I had no idea how bad the care I was receiving was until I went to an amazing doctor.

Seen her for over 2 years. She has progressively gotten meaner. She just said you didn't get botox so I'm done eith you. She now has yhe "God complex". Patientd know their body but she doesn't listen to them.

Dr. Pilapil saved my life. Shetalked me into having a colonoscopy, small cancer was found and taken care of, no chemo or radiation needed. She is patient and spends time talking to me.

The most memorable part of contact with her is learning about how overworked she felt she was. More concern for herself than the patient. Office staff are rude. Prescribed wrong medication and we had to ask for a referral to a specialist because she was unresponsive to the continued decline of the patient.

Dr rushes through visit and does not listen. Prescribed 1 med not appropriate for patient who ended up in the hospital. Increased prescription of another med but did not follow through with increase on prescription. Dr unresponsive to requests from patient for new increased script. Patient can die without this medicine at appropriate level.
