I tried to come in as a new patient, while we are on restriction and masks, I called for an appointment as a new patient, I have been looking for a new primary care Physician and Prefer D.O.’s, they didn’t send paperwork for me to fill out ahead of time, they expected me to fill it out in the waiting room while wearing a mask with asthma and claustrophobia, I didn’t get the paperwork filled out, was taken to an exam room where an assistant checked my vitals, and left the room, I removed the mask from my face, then two people came back, and said you have to put that mask back on ( duh, I have no problem with a mask in close proximity to people I don’t know what their hygiene and social habits are, I work in the medical field) you have to wear it when the Dr comes in..... Duh.... I left and rescheduled my appointment, I got a call from the office today and was informed that I will not be a patient of Dr Athens, Good Riddance Athens Clinic, you have a lot to learn about customer care and service!
