Dr. Ellen Okeefe Turner, MD

I had a cosmetic procedure done at Ellen Turners office that caused such bad permeant scarring that I have to have plastic surgery to help correct the appearance. I went to see Dr. Turner for advice on what could be done to improve the appearance and all she offered was blame. I want to warn anyone considering having a cosmetic procedure done at this office, based on my experience, you will likely have no support if you have an adverse reaction to your treatment.

Disrespectful staff & Unfair mistreatment towards women of color.

Short. In 3 visits I’ve seen her 1x for maybe 5 min (30 min after my appointment time). She spouted off almost word for word info from the brochure her nurse had me read right before she came in. Did not let me talk or ask questions and then left me with the nurse again. At a follow-up appointment no one was at reception and I waited for 10 min before someone came to check me in. I never saw the doctor Basically I felt like the last priority and she did not care to take the time to do he job and help me because I was not there for a big, fancy, money-making cosmetic procedure.

Pésimo día pésima atención de parte de la asistente de la Dr. Ellen Turner Falta de respeto hacia mi persona en presencia de la misma Dr. Ellen Turne... Visité por 3ra. Ves a la Dr. Ellen T. fui maltratada verbalmente y mal medicada Ya que los medicamentos recetado me an desencadenado una serie de alergias y comezón en mi cara fui por una solución y salí totalmente umillada y sangrada con los cobros de consulta medica Deseo que el que baya con esta Dr. Ellen Turner Y con su asistente Es lo peor que pueden pasarle.. Niegan en tu propia cara que fuistes atendidoy recetado .....

Stay far away from this “Dr.” Her staff is lovely though.

I am in shock over how unprofessional and rude Dr. Turner was to me today. I hope no one has to go through the experience I just did. I would avoid Dr. Turner at all costs. Her nurses seemed lovely though.

I can't express how very grateful, thankful and BLESSED I am. Dr. Turner and her beautiful staff have shown me professionalism and a large dose of compassion. I have never experienced this kind of care. I have confidence in Dr. Turner and her staff. When I first came to the office, my skin was alien to me. I was despondent. With each passing day, as I get better, I can truly begin to feel normal again. Thank you all for what you do for not just me, but my family at home too. Blessings to you all!

Excellent staff and very pleasant experience !!!

This physician talks incredibly too much and does not instill confidence, nor come off as competent. I would have to interrupt to ask my own health questions. After months since my visit, I have yet to receive a call to discuss my results as I was told I would. Their billing practices are also quite a mess. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for any dermatology needs.

Everyone at Dr. Turner’s office made me feel better about myself and encouraged me by saying that I’ll get better soon. Very positive environment there. Can’t wait to see results!
