Dr. Emily Claire Speelmon, MD

She forgot to order tests she said I needed till a few days of my next visit & I reminded her. I’m still waiting tests results! Each visit to her, I waited 15-35 minutes, over an hour for the cscan! After driving over an hour to see her, I’m late & she can’t tell me my test results for another week?! I’ve waited over a month to find out why I’m out of breath & weak every 5 steps. She billed my insurance as a no show, so she could set another appointment for double the money. They’ve even lost the X-ray cd I brought to them. It’s about the money not the patient! She should be ashamed, hope she & her staff never finds herself in my shoes!

Great Doc

Dr. Speelmon knows her research and is well informed of many cutting edge ways HIV is being researched. She has authored papers herself and is exceptionally brilliant. However, she lacks follow up at times when you hope most to hear back.
