Dr. Eric Jason Graham, MD

Dr. Graham always takes time to explain things. He readily order additional tests to help with a diagnosis. He doesn’t talk down to patients and he likes to show you on your scans or on his computer exactly what he’s talking about. He hasn’t pushed surgery for my condition. He is always at least an hour late for his appointments. I had a recent wait of 2 hours! Take the day off work if you have an appointment.

Recommend him to many years to people and will continue to recommend dr Eric graham for the future. Would not see anyone else as my neurologist. Dr Graham Is an excellent Doctor. This is my first time seeing him and he was very professional and thorough with his diagnosis. I didn't feel rushed at all. He explained everything in detail. I certainly would recommend him for your medical needs.

"Dr Graham is an amazing doctor. His staff on the other hand is incompetent. That is why I gave three stars. From the beginning I had nothing but problems with the staff. First off they made an appt for me only to find out it was the wrong doctor, which I had to pay for that useless appt. Then I was sent to the pain management team, which is all part of the same team. I was told I needed an epidural but they didn’t call until way after my surgery to set up an appt. I didn’t need it then I already had the surgery! Not to mention the awful wait time for them to even connect with my insurance for approval. I had to do their job! THEN they booked me my final appt after the 90 days of my surgery. In order for me to not have to pay for my copay it needed to be within the 90 days to get final release. Well my last appt was set up after the 90 days and they tried to charge me. It’s not my fault that they can’t set an appt within the time frame. I sat in the waiting room for an 1 1/2 hours and… still didn’t get to see the doctor. I get phone today to set up another appt only to be told that I would be charged to be seen for my release appt! And now on to the subject of the rudeness of the staff. I was talked down to and was given attitude anytime I asked a question about the appt time, the wait time, the taking their sweet time with my insurance approval, and so on. I do not have enough word space on this review to continue the rest of the issues. You are only as good as your staff. They are the faces your patients see and deal with before even seeing the doctor. I have never dealt with such annoyance and incompetence.

Dr. Graham is truly a talented, gifted man. He is knowledgeable and compassionate about the outcome of his patient's. My entire experience with Bienville Orthopedic was stellar, as well as, many friends and family member's experiences over the years who have had the opportunity to be under his prestige care. If orthopedic care is what you and your family need, Dr. Graham's team is well worth the wait.

I have been a patient of Dr.Grahams since 2012, His professionalism and knowledge are laudable. He genuinely cares for his patients. He strives to ensure patients decisions are based on detailed facts coupled with exceptional experience. His honesty is refreshing. He successfully performed 3 major Cervical and Lumbar procedures. Each time I made a full recovery and return to a pain free existence. He is in high demand and subsequently may require an extended time to initially get in to see him. I understand the difficulty waiting through tremendous pain but it is worth waiting. If he can not help you he will tell you. If there is another course you should seek he will help guide you to trusted professionals. I am only one individual however my experiences have always been excellent. Trust, Honesty, and Ability are core factor I seek, Dr. Graham has them all and more.

I knew Dr Graham from a few years back when he operated on my mother. He helped her greatly. He's top's in how he greets and treats people. I was slightly shocked when he told me no surgery... But he explained why and I understand him. My only complaint is the administration at Beinville Ortho. They need to polish their act.
