Great family physician

This is an excellent physician. However, the nursing staff (office staff excluded) needs training in professionalism when it comes to patient care. Just because they work for a doctor does not mean they can be arrogant and disrespectful to older patients.

Dr. Marcotte really seems to take an interest in the health and well-being of his patients. He doesn't just treat a disease, he looks at the whole person.

Dr. Marcotte has a relaxed and calming manner about him. He has never offered "the bum's rush" and asks all the right questions with reference to the patient's ailments. Their office is busy but you never feel rushed through your visit and he takes the time to listen. One can usually get an appt. within a day or two and they will try to squeeze you in if you have something urgent.

This office may be okay for the common cold, but if you have a serious problem your in for the rough road. I have been a patient for acouple years and have lost all confidence and would not recommend any of the physician's in this practice.
