She is the doctor who is among the authors of a sexist paper triggering #medbikini

This doctor sued her employer in 2018 for gender discrimination, and then researched and wrote a paper titled Prevalence of Unprofessional Social Media Content Among Young Vascular Surgeons in which she publicly shamed female surgeons for wearing clothes she felt wasn't conservative enough. The hypocrisy is extraordinary. The paper has now been revoked for improper research methodologies and bias. This woman will not advocate for you. Avoid at all costs.

Very unprofessional. Waited a very long time

I met Dr.Mitchell two times, ( I think) 1 for 2 minutes just prior to hearing I needed surgery and once 2 days after surgery again for 1 1/2 minutes.I thought she was just part of the group that came into my room, not my surgeon. I am sure she is quite brilliant and very skilled but her communication was sorely lacking. I am glad I had her do the surgery since everything is healing well.
