Dr. Erik John Richardson, DO

Excellent appointments with Dr. Richardson. Glad he is close by.

Dr. Richardson is a good doctor. His diagnosis have been excellent. He is courteous and unlike other doctors, he does a good job of listening. So as a doctor, I can recommend him. However, it is sometimes a challenge to get appointments and the phone-staff delay is their response to your requests.

I felt that Dr. Richardson just did not listen to me. I had an injury years ago, the original doctor bungled the injury and I was left with pain I should not have. Paid out of pocket to travel to one of the top doctors in all of north America in the field. Was told there was nothing that could be done, but Dr. Richardson and his associates believed that they are more capable than someone highly specialized and experienced in the field... It just felt like he wanted to utilize my really good insurance for himself and associates.

I needed to see a doc after a car wreck his office made time for me. The doctor put me first made sure I understood everything that was said. I didn't have I doctor I went to in Idaho until now but I will see Dr Richardson for everything.
