Doctor Paxton comes across as being very capable. However, during my visit, which was about my decision to go ahead with shoulder replacement, he talked so fast that it was not possible to record (1) what he said regarding the surgery process, (2) his instructions for what to do after surgery to start the recovery process, and (3) answers to questions that I had. I don’t doubt his capabilities. I’m just frustrated by surgeons who are in such a hurry to move on to the next patient.

I found Dr. Paxton to be thoughtful, knowledgeable , and efficient.

He explained what was wrong with my shoulder n what could be done to improve it.

He listened to me and my concerns. He gave me options to decide on.

Dr. Paxton has a great bedside manner. He is very thorough and explaining things to you so you understand them he is kind in sympathetic and not aggressive which is a great quality. I’ve been going to university Orthopedics for 30 years. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Paxton is the absolute best surgeon, He took on my case after I had my shoulder replaced over three years ago and found out that the shoulder was dislocated over two years ago. He did a revision on my shoulder and for the first time in two years I am totally pain free with almost total range of motion.
