Dr. Eugene How Go, MD

Dr Go, is a very caring and experienced doctor, He always takes time with you and is very informative. I wouldn't want to see anyone else for my health concerns. He doesn't take on many patients and I'm blessed that I am one of them.

UPDATE : it’s been 2 weeks and neither him or his staff has contacted me. They literally do not care. He has the attitude that he has enough patients. He does not need you. The staff is the same. I’ve been a patient for about 2 years. He’s never the kindest person but honestly very condescending. I put up with it because I trusted him. He failed to call in the new directions for a medication I’ve been taking. Because if this I ran out of my medicine. I started trying to solve this at 8:00 am on Monday. First I’m told that even though their phone system directs you to leave questions for the nurse …” we will never listen to those. You now have to call the appointment desk and we will transfer you to the nurse. “ So Monday was a waste because no one called. Tuesday I call to ask and that’s when I found out they don’t listen to those . so now on Tuesday I started calling twice a day as I was getting upset being without my thyroid medicine. Nothing happened. No calls back. Nothing to my… pharmacy. Wednesday same thing. Thursday after calling twice I was told it might be called in. I called my pharmacy only to find out they called in the wrong one. Fri nothing still despite begging crying etc as I’m worried about being 3 weeks without my medicine

Don't waste your time attempting to see him. The practice--and at the end of the day it is HIS practice--is arrogant and rude. You won't even get an opportunity to make an appointment without a referral even if you have the labs to support an endocrinological issue. So you resort to going to your GP to get a referral then they refuse your referral!? Seriously? Who does this arrogant shmuck think that he is? Go to a doctor that cares about patients getting treated, not one who thinks that he walks on water.

A couple of years ago we where seeing Dr. Eugene Go. He was the best doctor for my uncle. However due insurance reasons we had to stop seeing him. just this year we were able to get insurance back that we would be able to go back and see him again, I was very happy. until we found out that they will not see my uncle again. I have told many people that have diabetes that would ask me about a good doctor i would tell them to go see Eugene Go he is one of the best doctors for diabetic needs. Now knowing they will not see my uncle which is in dire need of seeing a endocrinologist to help get his sugar under control will not see him. I am very disappointed. We had no choice back a couple of years ago to change my uncle insurance to something they did not take. Due to financial reasons. Now that we were able to get back on a insurance that his office does accept they will not see my uncle. So now we are going to have to Travel to Orlando to see a endocrinologist when Dr Go office is… literally right around the corner from our house.

Dr. Go is very professional, has a wonderful personality, is very thorough and knowledgeable. He treats you as if you are his only patient, is quick to return phone calls and works with you as a person to help you on the path to better health. His staff is super courteous and friendly. I feel right at home whenever i go for followups.
