This Doctor was amazing.The entire office staff was kind and courteous from the start of my appointment to the end of my visit. Very helpful with everything I needed .I would recommend this practice to everyone. You wont be disappointed......

I will not recommend this doctor if you want quick answers. While procedure performed went well, it was almost impossible to get results. Office is inept. I had to go thru pcp to get results as he would not return phone calls. Following procedure, I had a question. I could not get an answer from him or staff and had to go thru nurse at hospital to get an answer. In my opinion, he is too busy with hospital duties to attend private patients properly. He is probably a good doctor, but if he wants to run a successful practice, he should replace his office staff and return phone calls.

My husband is in desperate need of seeing a pulmonary specialist. After seeing 3 general practitioners, he was referred to a Dr. from this "group." After calling a colleague of Dr. Letellier's and making an appointment 3 weeks from now (earliest one available,) I called Dr. Letellier to see if he could see him at an earlier date. When she put the information into the computer, she saw that we had an appointment with "another" Dr. and she was not allowed (as per Dr. Letelllier's orders) to make an appointment when the patient had one with another Dr. in their group. I told her I was cancelling the other one if he could be seen earlier. She said even if it was cancelled, she could not schedule it as it would show up on her computer that he had already tried to see another Dr. in their group. An asinine policy. As stated in the previous reviews, he may be a good Dr., but we will never know!!!!

Not a good first impression and even worse when I got to the office. 4. He may be great, but I will never know.

When I called in the early afternoon for an appointment, I was told that the staff was busy with patients, couldn't talk to me, and would call back. I waited with my cordless phone all the rest of the day, into the evening, and all the following morning, but no one called (my phone keeps records.) I finally called my PCP's office, got the name of another pulmonary specialist, and was immediately able to make an appointment to see him.I called Dr.Letellier's office at about 1:30 p.m., reminded them of what had happened and said I had made an appointment with another pulmonologist. The person who'd answered the phone said, "Oh, yes, we were busy until late in the evening." I said I had been waiting for their call until evening. She asked for my name, etc, again. I repeated that I'd already called another doctor. She said cheerfully, "OK, no problem."It was a problem to me. I wish it hadn't gone out of style for office personnel to apologize when an apology is clearly due. It… would have taken only a second of this otherwise nicely-spoken woman's time to say, on behalf of whoever was to blame, "Oh, I'm so sorry we inconvenienced you."I'm willing to put up with some carelessness on the part of office staff-members if the doctor is good enough to make up for it, but I don't know this pulmonologist, so it was better to call someone else and hope for a more efficient office staff.

This is an excellent doctor. I felt his caring and love for what he does and for his patients. He takes enough time with patients and he detailed
