Dr. Farees Taqiuddin Farooq, MD

Dr. Farooq is an excellent Gastroenterologist, the best. He incorporates all aspects of your health when you’re in his care. He’s tolerant, patient, compassionate and kind. From a Registered Nurse, I highly recommend him, his assistant, Carlotta and his Nurse Practitioner. Great team!

This is the first year of my relationship with Dr. Farooq. In my experience Dr. Farooq explains things very well & very clearly. I feel totally comfortable speaking with him. In the office he gave me the time to bring up my questions & concerns & his comments were thoughtful, astute & helpful. I am glad he was chosen as my gastro doctor.

Dr. Farooq is a gifted and compassionate physician. He comes in to talk with you before procedures and is always reassuring. He has the perfect manner in the office. He lets you ask all of your questions and gives you any answers that he has. He is very patient!

He is an expert in complex procedures and was able to remove a huge polyp from my colon that the previous doctor couldn’t get out. Saved me from having to do major surgery so I’m very pleased.

Very unconcerned. Last visit didn’t tell me to come back. Told me some things that my PCP knew wasn’t correct. I will not go back. My PCP is much more knowledgeable.
