Dr. Floyd John Herman, MD

Dr. Herman saw my husband on May 1st at 10 AM. I went along since my husband is hard of hearing. From the moment we met him, he exuded an air of arrogance that made if difficult to feel heard. Rather than taking the time to understand my husband's symptoms and discuss some options for his case, he dismissed our questions with a condescending tone and seemed more interested in putting down the specialist that my husband had been seeing for the past few months. His lack of empathy was shocking especially for someone in a profession that is supposed to be centered on care and compassion. No patient should walk out of a medical appointment feeling belittled for having chosen a particular method of treatment that was suggested by the specialist. Dr. Floyd was rude, uncaring and downright cruel when he gave his opinion regarding my husband's condition. He also stated that what we had done so far was worthless and futile. I would not recommend him to anyone who wants a caring and kind… physician. If I could rate him as a zero, I would.

Herman misdiagnosed an infection that had developed in my Wife's incision after hip surgery. This incompetency resulted in her condition becoming worse and admission to hospital, having 2 surgeries and almost becoming Septic which could have meant death. This so-called Dr. is not recommended for any treatment especially wound care.
