Dr. Jatinder Bhardwaj, MD

I was billed for an appointment we did not come to. They say they dont bill for no shows. Medical records on this date have info not describing MY daughter.

Walking in for our first visit the waiting room was about a 4'x10' area, not enough room for patients to sit. Not to mention your a doctor/specialist have an office in a better location/building, seemed sketchy not professional at all. Our first visit cost $550. Yikes! It was just a 10 minute consultation. I felt very unsure about him on the first visit bc of the location but my child was needing a Pediatric GI and there is not many to choose from and you have to be referred by another doctor. So I told myself the doctor is what matters not what the office looks like. On the third visit another $550 and walked in not knowing the patients name. I never seen him carry in or chart anything for any appointment. Upon leaving that visit he still didn't remember my child's name. During that third visit I became guarded when he brought up his negative google reviews. Not sure where or why he felt to share that with me. At that point did he really think I could trust him putting my child… under for a procedure. I have private insurance, think he just wanted to take advantage of our insurance. I hate to stereotype and I mean nothing negative by this but it seemed like he sees a lot of Medicaid patients as the waiting room was extremely overcrowded.

Dismissive, poor listening skills, and bedside manner. Came off as very lazy. Don't waste your time with this guy.

I've never had to wait long while going to his office. His staff is very friendly and polite. Dr. Bhardwaj took the time with every visit to explain what we were gonna do and he was also very through in his exams.

Our experience with Dr.Bhardwaj has always been pleasant. He takes the time to explain course of treatment clearly and answers all my questions. Never a long wait in the waiting room!
