I left another doctor office and I was referred to Dr. Ponds, he is a gentleman and very detail in the first visit, the second visit he was a little more with no much patient, but he still was very courteous, there was a waiting for over 2 hours to see him, and the office had 6 or 7 more patients to be seen. No Customer Service at all, employees are arrogant with no people skills at all. but they do what they have to just in a bad way.

Dr Pons has played a pivotal role in managing my Mom’s healthcare for years. My mother contends with significant and aggressive hypertension and has limited kidney function. Without doubt an exceptionally hard working doctor, he is also a gentleman, demonstrates compassion and respect for patients and has repeatedly made a significant and profound difference in my mothers life. We are extremely grateful.

They are very nice, always a good visit.

I have been going to Dr. Pons for about 3 years and he has a high turn over rate for his receptionist and medical assistant. This latest group is absolutely the most rudest doctors office I have ever seen. The receptionist has zero personality and for your next appointment she doesn't ask you what time is good for you and just slams your appointment card down and says your all done. Excuse me? I tell you what time is good for me and not the other way around. One visit her and the medical assistant couldn't check me out because they were to busy eating their cup cakes and talking about their candy like 5 year olds. That was more important to them then the patients who pay their salary. They also were going to cancel my appointment because I didn't have a test run. I told them it was an out of pocket cost that I could not afford and was absolutely rude to me about it. The bottom line, a doctors office employees are a reflection of the doctor and my last visit I told the doctor about… my issues and he did absolutely nothing to help me and I had to wait another week to get in to see another doctor so I made the decision to leave and go elsewhere.

I love this Doctor he is really great! :)

I would definitly recommend Dr Pons... He is an amazing Nephrologist with very courteous bedside manners. He has controlled my anemia and GFR with a proper mix of meds and dietary education.
