My son suffered a work related injury. He was assigned to Dr. Thomas who provided exceptional care. He was very attentive to our son and to us as his parents. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Thomas and I give him my highest recommendation!

Top of the line. Knowledgeable, personable, a good listener, takes a genuine interest in your case, and with a sense of humor. If I could give him six stars, I would. He is a wonderful health care provider.

Office charges more to a patient that has insurance than a patient that is self pay….Why is that?

Met him for an opinion on my knee arthritis. He has great communication skills. He explained the disease process and options. He did not rush. He was not arrogant. Rather he was kind and left me with confidence in him.

There aren't enough positive words to describe Dr. Thomas. He is simply amazing. From the first meeting with him, through finding out what my source of action was, he was right there, available for any question or concern I had. His staff is beyond amazing as well. They are so thoughtful and courteous, never make you feel that there is a dumb question or that you are bothering them. I wish there were more physicians like him, or that he could be my doctor for everything. Simply the best!

This guy clearly loves his job, and was eager to hear my situation and help - it was like I was presenting him with a puzzle to be solved, and he genuinely loved solving the mystery. It felt like we were working on a project together instead of the usual Expert talking to an idiot a lot of docs have a hard time concealing even if they are polite. The passion he had for wanting to solve my case was crystal clear, and all of his staff were of the same mindset - it may sound corny but it felt more like bringing a mystery to a detective agency than a doctor, in the best way. One of the very best medical professionals I have dealt with in my increasingly old age!

I have had two rotator cuff surgeries performed by Dr. Frank Thomas in the last 4 years. With each injury, he didn't rush into surgery. He has a straight forward manneris. Once surgery was need, he was very thorough explaining each step of the way. His staff is friendly, courteous and thorough. Dr Thomas also helped me find a fabulous physical therapist for 100% recovery on both shoulders. There is no one else I would see for orthopedic problems than Dr. Thomas.

Very knowledge , very friendly staff, diagnosed the case very accurate, spend time with patient to explain everything in easy way, very honest, it hard to find a Doctor like him these days.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Thomas and his staff. They are thorough, courteous, helpful, and so very friendly. Though it was unfortunate that medical treatment was needed from a fall, we're lucky to have been treated by this physician and his staff. We wish all doctors and their teams could be this way.
