Very Good Bed Side Manners/Great Care & Listens to Concerns

I was pregnant with triplets, and he was my gynecologist, I asked him if he had experience with multiple pregnancies and he said yes, but my experience with him was very bad. I had an infection and he never told me what I had or prescribed medicine for the infection, I was three days with pains I visited again and just sent me home, I was trapped in the traffic when my bag broke, when finally I arrived at the hospital I lost my babies, and the next day after an ultrasound I was sent home, but never told me I had a placenta inside, a week I was dying of pain I went to the emergency hospital and I had surgery because I had a placenta inside with infection, when I come back to ask why he did not tell me anything, because he did not give me medicine, he only responded to it, you can have more children, and that is the procedure we do, we send women with the placenta home, but he never told me and I had the right to know what was happening with the pregnancy and when I lost my baby I had… the right to know that I had a placenta inside and to be alert to certain symptoms, I gave three babies, and my other two children almost lost their mom.

The most caring and thoughtful doctor I've ever known. Dr.Rivera is such a great listener. A few times I had an issue not quite 100% involved with his scope of practice, Still.....he took time listening, never rushed me to leave, gave his opinion about it, and even gave me the prescription if I thrive to know the cause of my issue. Always smiles. You can feel his warm heart and empathy when talking to him. Never greedy for money. I have an expensive procedure I must pay (insurance not covered ) He shows his concern. He emailed to the specialist for me if something wrong with the result. So I don't need to keep paying for that any longer. The staff, receptionist, the nurse, the cashier, ALL are nicest people! I never had any problems at all in the past 13 years under Dr.Rivera's roof. The return call is quick. The system is great. Any request for medication is done within a day. Let's say this....staff works there for a long time. They love their boss. They say that all the time.… Nothing else to prove Dr. RIvera's goodness :)

One of the most caring doctors i have ever met. I personally work in the medical field and i can assure you its hard to find a good doctor. Highly recommend Dr. Rivera.

Best Doctor I've ever had in my life. So caring and attentive. When I have kids, I need Dr. Rivera to deliver them.

I highly recommend Dr. Rivera. He was very calm and patient and spent time at each visit listening to me and answering all my questions. It was very important to me that the visits were not rushed. I had a high risk pregnancy so wanted top notch care. Not only Dr. Rivera is kind but most important he is an excellent doctor and knew exactly what to do each step of the pregnancy. The result was a beautiful baby delivered full term. Thanks Dr. Rivera!

I can't say enough about Dr. Rivera he has my highest regards and I would easily reccomend him to any friend or family member. His bedside manner is great but his skill is top notch. I believe he saved my baby's life and I am forever thankful to him. He knows what to do in the heat of the moment !!!

I love Dr. Rivera. He is not only a sweet and care Dr. but he can make you feel comfortable during your pregnancy stage and after. All the staff are great too! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Franz Rivera is AMAZING!!! He has been my OBGYN for 4 years and I absolutely love him. I was lucky enough to have him deliver both of my little girls. He is a very kind and patient doctor. I highly recommend.

Dr. Rivera delivered my son via c section 4 years ago and it was a wonderful experience (considering I had a sugery). I had no pain whatsoever from the c section (minor discomfort) and all 9 months of appointments with Dr. Rivera and Dr. Bitran went really well. Dr. Rivera's bedside manner is excellent and overall I was really pleased with my pregnancy/delivery experience.P.S. the nurses at Mount Sinai are excellent for the most part.
