St. Luke's office is very confusing - I waited at the stop sign to get checked in arrived per instruction at 2 for a 2:30 Appt - sure they saw me but still had to wait - finally get checked in - waited another hour - they have new software can't open the JPG X-Ray from Carespot- so they take their own X-Ray - I tell them I need to get another child - 2 hours in... can he come back after review of X Ray - another 30 mins pass for him to return to tell me he can't see the fracture on his X-Ray and can I take a picture of X-Ray with my cell phone from Carespot for a follow up appointment so almost three hours in and $30 out and check out person doesn't know how to make future Appt's! Horrid experience - hope to call insurance company to figure out if I can take my child somewhere else - 3 hours to learn NOTHING!

My mother, sister, and I have all seen Dr. Go at different times. We were all impressed and would recommend him to anyone. He was pleasant, kind, and listened to us.

Dr. Go is excellent and I am pleased with the way he answered all of my questions. His asst. Wesley is always so pleasant and nice. I give both of them two thumbs up for good medical service.
