I cant get anyone to even answer a phone call ??? What good is a large practice if you don't have the personnel to do a simple task of answering the phones??

I saw Sue Payne! She is fabulous!! LOVE HER!!

I have been going to Dr Harris's office for abt 17 years now! I love Dr. Harris and his nurse practioner,Sue. She is awesome!!! The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them to everybody!!!

From over 20 years working as a health professional, I was very happily impressed with Dr. Harris!

It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. I was assigned to them by my insurance. When I became ill I spent hours on the phone and was never able to reach them. Drove to office and was told walk ins were only for established patients. So I attempted to make an appointment and was told to call, leave a message and someone would return my call to set an appointment. I had already left messages and still haven't had a return call. I had my insurance change my doctor but was unable to get care I til the change went into effect.
