Dr. George Wallace Mclean, MD

This is the rudest and worst doctor that I have ever seen. Hope he falls off the face of the earth. I would die before I would see him again. Made me feel like everything was my fault.

Great doctor did all the test and got my thyroid under control and listened to what I said and was very helpful with facts and things I ask

This doctor was horrible. He is very rude and does not pay close attention to his patients . He completely missed my endocrine issues.

I saw Dr McLean when I had hyperthyroidism and he was the most rude inconsiderate excuse of a doctor I have ever experienced! I was doing everything he had told me to do but was still feeling extremely poor and when he literally told me the question I asked him was stupid, I left the office in tears. I dont care how smart in his field he is if he is going to treat his patients in such a poor manner. I strongly recommend you find another doctor so you can avoid this same kind of experience.

Not happy with this doctor, he is easy to get an appt with maybe because no one is seeing him. Office staff rude. Doctor is sloppy and does not have good bedside manners. Wants to sent you for a ton of testing that is not needed.

Dr. McLean has been my endocrinologist for four years nows. I first went because I was having times when I felt really bad. He spent a lot of time and wrote pages of notes, which he reviews on every visit. He stabilized my thyroid meds and I feel great.If there is something wrong with you, rest assured that Dr. McLean will find it!

In the past year and a half, I have seen 4 different specialists trying to determine why I am borderline osteoporosis at only 38 years of age. On my first visit, Dr. McLean ordered several tests. By my second visit, I had an answer! FINALLY! Dr. McLean genuinely wants to help his patients. I've heard that others have found him to not be particularly pleasant, but I liked him quite well. If you are in search of answers, he is the best.

I had a problem at first with his bed side manner. But he is very good at what he dose. He has a no non since kind of personality. But Don't let it fool you or make you uncomfortable because he knows what he is doing. And I stick with him for that reason. I Don't believe he would make mountains out of mole hills and I appreciate that this day and ge when it seems like all the doctors are glorified drug pushers.

Dr. McLean is not patient with people who will not take part in their own care. He knows what he is doing and expects you to follow his advice. He saved my husband's life and has forced him to take responsibility for his continuing health. If you expect to have your hand held, find another doctor, but participate in your care, do what he tells you to do, and you just may get your life back.

This man is extemely rude and uncompassionate. He has a very unwelcoming,"I'm the god of endocrinology" attitude. I've had a few bad experiences with doctors but this was hands-down the absolute worst! He was very offended when I asked questions to better understand his diagnosis.
