Moved here & found this family practice (father/daughter duo- that’s cool)takes walk-ins; good staff that listen; Dr. W is very smart & up to date, helped me lose 40 pounds- great life change. The other docs are good too. I really like the get-right-in & go-home & get-better no nonsense approach.

Dr Woodard is great. His staff on the other had is horrendous. They run at least an hour and half every time , NEVER call my pharmacy back for refills. I’ve been going to this office for a long time and I’ve had it. Running out of important daily medications because they don’t answer my pharmacy is NOT OK!

Dr Woodard needs to know his assistant and nurse is very very rude! I’m sure he would want to know this is the reason we will not be returning to his office.

stay away. You owe it to yourself to find a doctor who understands medicine. And if you don’t owe it to yourself to find a better doctor, whatever you do, do not challenge Dr Woodard. He has a short fuse. If you do elect to go threw with your office visit, remember, I told you so. Have a Plan B. You will eventually need it.

so thankful for the rude office staff for waking me up to force me to find a new primary doctor..We have been patients for over 20years and after an incident at his office, we decided to seek another doctor.. we found the office staff of every doctor we visited was something we forgot existed...kind, caring and patient...and professional...We have found a new doctor and love the staff..can't say enough about the doctor..When you are sick, you don't need someone making you feel worse.

Office management is poor. Remember, the fish rots at the head and the office is run by his son, an individual with many challenges. And no training in office management or healthcare leadership. There are better options in this town for healthcare. Avail yourself of them. This doctor and office staff are circling the drain.

I have dealt with terrible thyroid issues for many years and have gone from dr to dr, including many endocrinologists and not one of them knew or understood half of Dr Woodard. He is the best!

He spends little time with the patient. Does not want to listen to what patient had to say. I am looking for another physician rather than wasting my time and money on him.

Something is wrong with the office management. Perhaps too many patients scheduled. Prepare to spend half your life in the waiting room. Dr Woodard is a pleasant enough guy but does not seem to respect his patient's time. Office is bordering on incompetence.
