Dr. Grace Joy Imson, MD

Hi my name is Demetrius Dewayne Dozier and i live in miami Florida i Really Really Love ???????????? my new Doctor name Doctor Grace Imson and she is so Beautiful?? and she is a very very Good Doctor to have i Really Appreciate her ?????? and im so Lucky to have her as my New Doctor at Mount sinai medical center.

Dr. Imson is an exceptional physician, takes her times, listens to you and answers promptly through the medical my chart app to any concern I may have. Highly recommended.

At first i was thrilled to be with Dr. Imson. Quickly iI became less enthused with her staff. She does not respond to requests for her own prescribed meds. Sucks

At the beginning I really liked Dr Imson, however now I am really disappointed with her and her staff. When she sees you she doesn't take her time with you. No one follows up after your visit, scheduling an appointment is a nightmare because they barely pick up the phone, and when you need a refill be prepared for it to take a while. The office staff are very unorganized I don't trust them anymore.

If you want a physician which talks to you, is smart and compassionate you should see her. Very happy with her

Dr Imson is great. Unfortunately, her staff is isn't. Calls to office frequently go to voice mail throughout the day. The staff, specifically Monica and Maria display an obvious lack of compassion that makes me question why each are still in the medical field. As a patient, I have heard several complaints from my specialists and my insurance company in response to working with her office.
