Dr. Gregory Vance Green, MD

I was away from home (another state) when I was taken to the hospital with a Tibial Plateau Fracture. I was scared and in pain. Fortunately, Dr. Green was my surgeon (2 days after injury) and I cannot be more grateful for this man. He's brutally honest and lays all the card out so you know your options. It's not exactly what you may want to hear, but he's there to help you make informed decisions. He's patient. He listens. He makes sure before he walks away that you have a clear understanding of what was discussed. I did not always like what he had to say because sometimes the truth hurts. When I returned back to FL after 4 months in TX, I decided to stick w Dr. Green for all follow ups. I trust this man. I'm here in FL, surrounded by hundreds of orthopedic surgeons (God knows this is probably the capital of knee and hip replacements). I choose Dr. Green. You should, too.

Dr. Green is very personable, has a dry sense of humor, and does not mind taking his time to explain anything pertaining to your case.

Dr. Green was very thorough. He explained my problem to me and gave me choices. He was good about trying all other options before surgery.

Dr. Green was very professional and honest about my injury. Literally while I was in the ER he told me the healing time and hit the nail on the head. I have not had any problems since my surgery and would highly recommend Dr. Green.

I have gone to Dr. Green for several years. He did a scope on my knee, the miniscus was torn and he did a repair. I never had pain after the scope. He has given me shots in my shoulder, and bottom of my foot, the shots never hurt or caused me any discomfort. I am going to have him do surgery on my shoulder, I have no cartilage in my right shoulder and it is very painful. I fully trust Dr. Green to do this. He is always very informative, answers all my questions. I recommend him to my friends all the time.
