Gregory Allen Pisel, MD

Dr. Pisel use to see my dad due to his chronic kidney disease. Every time my dad would come in for his visit, Dr. Pisel was always kind to him. Dr. Pisel is a very thorough, kind and compassionate doctor who took the time to really care of my dad. He found my dad's cancer before being diagnosis with it for the second time and he was very sincere in explaining what he had possible found. Dr. Pisel even prayed with us before exiting the exam room, that's extremely rare. His staff were great and very professional I had no complaints about them. I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Pisel and the way he practice nor his staff. I will highly recommend him to other members of my family should they ever need his services.

Highly recommend Dr. Pisel. He answers all of my questions and helped me manage my high blood pressure. Can't say enough kind things about him and his staff.

I wouldn’t recommend Pisel to anyone. My sister was a patient and needs a kidney transplant. When she would see him, he would give her a totally unrelated diagnosis and tell her she was improving. What an idiot! I thank she is now seeing doctors at Winston.

Do Dr. Pisel a favor and find another doctor. On my 1st visit it lasted 3 minutes, but he wasn’t sure what was going on. On second visit, 6 months later lasted 32 seconds, (timed him) He barely stepped in the room I was in, ask me a question,not even related to my visit. So, my advice if you are considering this doctor......RUN!!! It’s hard to rate because there is not a negative star, so I will be kind, even though 1 star is way overrated.

No lab results, no phone calls, just a 4-minute appointment and “come back in a year”

Dr sitting at check in window giving grief to office staff. Them poor girls just trying to do their job but doc causing a rucus. He didnt even know what me meds so put me on blood pressure med i was taking already and didnt seem to wanna talk abouy it. He was busy with typing on his computer. Also dont like talking abourt my siteation at front desk sorta embarrassing. Not happy with his service. Wait forever to see him and give me wrong medicine. Hmmm. Jennifet and spike are two bright people i go to see them smiling. Spike knows my name off bat. Like that.

Highly recommend Dr. Pisel. First Dr. to get my hypertension under control and listen to my concerns. Office staff friendly and helpful.

Technically proficient spreadsheet mentality. Classic take-charge type. No discernible sense of humor. Attitude improved with introduction of Medicare Patient Experience of Care Survey. Receptionist with personality of prison matron. Nurse bright spot in office.

I have had high blood pressure for years. Dr.Pisel was the first doctor to get it under control. The front office was friendly and help me fill out paperwork. Dr. Pisel spend a good amount of time with me and was thorough. I would give him a higher rating if I could.
