Dr. Gregory Clark Roche, DO

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!! He 100% messed up my breast augmentation surgery. After several calls/visits, he made up a plan to fix them (blaming the issue on built up scar tissue), which would of consisted of MANY more office visits over $100 a pop and ultimately another surgery by him - costing thousands more. After getting a second opinion and a mammogram to confirm, it was determined that he placed 1 implant UNDER the muscle and 1 OVER the muscle. His surgical notes state that BOTH were placed under the muscle as they should of been. After discovering this, I attempted to reach out in order to get reimbursed. As you can imagine, his office ignored the letter. My new doctor, as well as attorney reached out for records; and those requests were ignored. The attorney sent multiple letters for settlement/reimbursement, and his office ignored all of them. The attorney advised that it would cost too much in court costs, and therefore it wasn't worth taking it any further as my statute of… limitations approached. Unfortunately, doctors like him know how to avoid making things right with their patients and this type of unethical practice doesn't catch up to them. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else

The staff and Dr. Roche are wonderful. Very kind, caring and helpful! I am 6 weeks post-op and couldn't be happier. I had Lipo 360 and am so pleased with the results! Definitely worth the drive from Grand Rapids to Bloomfield Hills!

I had lipo on my stomach/back/banana roll in Feb. 2020 and from the very first consultation I knew I was in the right place. I did a lot of research to find someone I felt would be worthy of a consultation. Dr. Roche has the most updated tools/techniques for lipo which is why I chose him. He is very good at what he does and is very up to date with newer techniques. A lot of other surgeons in Michigan do not have some of the more updated technology for lipo. I am 4 weeks post-op now and the entire office staff has been great every step of the way. I can text them if I have a question and they respond promptly. Dr. Roche & all of the ladies in his office are amazing! Everyone is so professional and helpful. They really make you feel like family. I would highly recommend Dr. Roche without a doubt.

I got a bbl May 2019 by Dr Roche. I originally give him a bad review because i thought my buttocks should've been bigger. After speaking with him, at my next appointment, I immediately regret giving him a bad review. He explained to me, when a Doctor put too much fat in your body at one time, they are putting your life at risk. I can appreciate him doing what's safe and taking good care of me. It hasn't even been a year since my surgery and my body is still healing and forming into shape. He really is a great Doctor and his staff is out of sight. I hope Dr Roche can forgive me because I want to go back to him for ROUND 2!

Dr. Roche and his staff recently performed my first breast augmentation surgery (breast fed multiple kids, zero volume)- although I was nervous and had never been through surgery much less put under, they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I researched docs, types of implants, and surgical methods prior to my consultation and Dr. Roche was patient with my interrogation ; ) I chose Dr. Roche not only because of his triple certification and years of experience but also because he possesses an artists touch. He truly has an eye for aesthetics. I am 3 months post op and have been receiving consistent compliments on my "workouts." My breasts are fuller, match my hips/booty yet appear natural. My results are a result of Dr. Roche's natural talent. I am grateful that he performed my surgery.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Roche and his entire staff! I had implants and a breast lift, liposuction and body contouring, lips and lower eyes done... and five days later I was feeling great! Not only is the staff super friendly and informative, they’re also by your side for any questions after your surgery. I get compliments every single day on my new body and I couldn’t be happier. I’m eternally grateful for Dr. Roche and his staff for my new, fresh start.

I recently had my lips injected, and my cheeks, by Dr. Roche. I love the results he achieved. He used Restylane Silk and Refyne, my first time with those. I could not be happier. The overall experience was great, highly recommend Dr. Roche.

My first visit to see the doctor was amazing. I was comfortable and I was very pleased with the plan he made up. I had a traumatic horrific accident that has left my body looking absolutely deformed. It has left me feeling depressed and hopeless. Within the 45 minutes I spent with Dr. Roche and his beautiful assistant made me feel so much better! And when I see a glimpse of hope ahead, it means the world to me. I believe in my heart Jesus led me to his office and into their hands to make me feel normal again. I believe he lead me to them to be the person I was meant to be and stay to be. His assistant was soft, sweet and kind and made me feel comfortable even though I know I look hideous. And Dr. Roche didn't seem intimidated whatsoever by the many procedures he had to do to me to get me into the best I can look. I had the opportunity to meet his wife too and she was very sweet as well. I am beyond excited for him to work on me and I give their office 5 stars for the way they treated… me and how comfortable I was for the way he told me exactly what was going to be done and how easy it seemed to him to fix. Plus he is beyond experienced!

I recently had a facelift and laser done with Dr. Roche. I am 4 months post op and I am thrilled with my results. I was so nervous at the time of my consultation that I had tears in my eyes! The girls in the office are so sweet! They always helped calm my nerves and helped me through every step of the way. At my last follow up I expressed to them how happy I was and made the comment that I wanted to sit in the waiting room and tell all the other potential surgery patients that this office knows their stuff! Had it not been for the support I probably would have never followed through. I look refreshed and awake. I feel wonderful! I am a pilot and all my coworkers are asking how I stay looking so good while flying the red eye! Thank you Dr. Roche and staff!
