Dr is arrogant and staff unprofessional. Wait time is excessive …over 3 hours.

I went for a follow-up, they seat me in a small room for about 1 hour, one nurse came with a laptop and take my vitals, seat for another hour, another nurse came with another laptop to ask the same questions as the first one, then she told me sorry the dr. is to busy to see you, she tried to calm me down, I left very frustrated, I'm reporting to the insurance company, I'm sure they are billing them as a consult

1st. Quality attention and treatment. By Dr. Valenzuela and his staff. Mainly Mr. Gallardo, very helpful on issues related with the insurance papers. Quite busy of patients; nevertheless the attention was very satisfactory beyond my expectations.

Dr Valenzuela is a great doctor, however, the people he has as staff are not good. The lack of communication and caring they have for patients is astounding. They will not call you back, they will ignore your messages, and they will complain when you try to advocate for yourself. I have been to many doctors both for myself and for my family and I have never seen such disorganization and disregard for patients. It's very sad and disappointing to write this because I do think Dr. Valenzuela is a good doctor but his staff does not reflect well on him. If you look at his recent reviews, you will see a similar complaints. I have even been in the waiting room when people have come in to try to speak to someone because no one calls them back. It is a big problem because people are trying to get help and treatment for their conditions and you cannot rely on this office to help you get the treatment you need or to even care about you as a patient.

I was a patient of a dr Ayala, she does not work in this office anymore. I was billed by Quest Labs, for a blood test I did in 2015. Quest send me the bill again, and I thought this problem was fixed, now 3 years later. Quest send me a billed because Dr. Valenzuela billing department did not add a “qualifying diagnosis” to the prescription for blood. Quest send it back to Dr. Valenzuela for billing department to add a the “qualifying diagnosis” and they never answered Quest. Quest continues to billing me for their error, how am I responsible. I called the office again, I was transferred to a voicemail, the owner of the voicemail if Clarina, after explaining my problem, she said that she doesn’t bill for blood, and she doesn’t know what to do because it’s not her department. I feel that the problem is that I was a patient of Dr. Ayala, and they don’t care about her patients anymore. This is unprofessional, rude, and despicable. How am I responsible? How???

My visit as a new patient with Dr. Valenzuela was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Valenzuela is easy to talk to and he explained in detail, both visually and orally, my condition and how he was able to treat it. His office and clinical staff took good care of me with no waiting time. I will definitely continue to see him for my condition and would highly recommend him to friends and family. My visit as a new patient with Dr. Valenzuela was a very pleasant experience. I have been a patient of Dr V since 2012 he is a very caring Doctor and is very passionate about his patients. Even though there are times you may have to wait to see him it’s because he takes his time with each of his patients and answers all your questions unlike some Doctors who rush you in and out. He is definitely in my opinion the best Rheumatolgist in south Florida

Dr Valenzuela is very caring and excellent in his work goes above and beyond his caring for his patients. He is one of the few doctors that take his time to listen to his patients.I will recommend him any time .
