Dr Lara has operated on me twice and both times I’ve have been very happy with the results. He’s an excellent Dr. and very attentive the patient, at least with this patient he was. I would recommend him!

After dealing with several doctors for over 13 months trying to get a painful lipoma removed from my back, I was referred by my primary doctor, Joseph Schneider to Dr. Lara. I got an appointment within 10 days and when I met with him, he was professional and took time to listen to me. He told me there was no problem doing the surgery, especially if it was causing pain. My surgery was scheduled within two weeks and had no problems. He was very informative and told me everything that was going to take place during the surgery. I didn't feel like I was just another number. His office staff were very friendly and the wait times were not more than 20 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Lara.

I was fortunate to have been followed by Dr. Lara after I presented to the ER with an inflamed gall bladder. It was around midnight when I was admitted and he visited and asked me "How about doing it now." I was delighted to get the surgery done immediately. In our conversation we discovered that we were both educated on the east and had acquaintances in common. Apart from his excellent manner and humanity, Dr. Lara credentials are among the very highest attainable. Finally, it should be know that it was in the process of searching for Dr. Lara's new address for a family member in need of a surgeon that I came to vitals.com and was afforded with the opportunity to provide this rating.

Dr. Lara helped my mom with a lump on her thyroid that turned out to be cancerous. He performed surgery to remove it and treated it. Overall I have no complaints he was able to explain in detail and answered all our questions/
