If you are looking for a professional doctor with expertise in his chosen field you have found the right physician,. He is excellent at answering questions and being complete and giving the best treatment. He is not a warm & huggie individual but he knows his stuff. I found his office staff to be helpful, polite and friendly and would recommend the office,

Dr. Rosen is the worst doctor I've ever been to he did an endoscope and he did it in Coral Ridge outpatient he was supposed to be there at 11 he didn't show up until 1 he had me on the table and the male nurse that was helping them was twisting my knee and I was trying to tell him that I just had total knee replacement Doctor Rosen didn't count comment and he was sticking a plastic thing in my throat as I was trying to explain to the other guy that I just had that surgery the new doctor I went to plus the information I found online you can't do Interscope in a care center has to be done in a hospital if the end fell off you would die right there that's why it has to be done in a hospital my wife was waiting outside she stood up when dr. Rosen come out he turned his back to her and walked out the door the second experience I had was with Coral Ridge outpatient when I went in the nearest that was doing the the write-up I was so upset because my signature didn't look good enough for her… and we went over and over I wanted to get off the bed get my license and show her that is my signature but please if you read this don't ever get it into scope and Coral Ridge or in any of them place it has to be done in a hospital cuz if the end falls off your going to die and Rosen is just a cheap old man that's not willing to pay the price for a hospital he should retire he has no personality whatsoever I haven't had a drink and over 40 years and he kept telling me if I don't stop drinking I'm going to die that's not true because I had a hard job all my life I was a roofer and carry shingles up and down a roof and I took Tylenol by the hands full and that's what gave me the swollen blood vessels in my stomach so he did absolutely nothing I found a doctor now that I'm very very happy with so please if you read this trust me do not do it and Coral Ridge or any other Center I think I've said enough and please do not go

Contacted the office to speak on behalf of a patient because the office messed up by submitting her claim to the incorrect insurance plan. Spoke with Lucy who was the absolute WORST person in the world to speak with. Advised Lucy that the claim was submitted to the incorrect plan, and she did not care at all and advised they did. Back and forth pitty-play is what happened. They had all 0s' for the pt's group number- THAT WILL DENY ANY CLAIM. It was not processed with the correct plan or group number, everything they are supposed to handle when submitting claims. Lucy was beyond rude, incompetent, and beyond disrespectful. I requested to speak with a supervisor, she advised she was the supervisor. Requested a manager, she refused to provide me with a manager. Requested any other representative or supervisors and she advised and I quote "I have so much better things to do with my life" and disconnected the line. If this is how the office is set up, I would HIGHLY recommend to go else… where for your services. Go somewhere where they take the time to PROCESS your CLAIMS correctly, show RESPECT, and are CAPABLE of assisting without showing high amounts of unprofessionalism.

Dr Rosen very unsatisfied with them my husband had a procedure and he was two hours late getting there I sat there waiting for my husband for 5 hours Dr Rosen left I got up to speak to him he turned his back to me and walked away has no bedside manner at all my husband was very very upset and 73 years my husband has had no complaints of any doctor as he's had wood Dr Rosen will never go back or recommend him to anybody

Have been going to DR Rosen for over 5 years, great Doctor and office staff

Very old school arrogant doctor who we'll send you to a pain clinic faster than you can say " Good morning" if your condition isn't the typical textbook issue

its been a couple of years and as of now i have not received a followup

He took the time to listen to me. He did everything he needed to do to evaluate my condition. His instructions were very clear/precise. Written down for me to take with me for referral. The prescriptions he gave me made me feel better a few hours after taking them. Dr. Rosen is very caring/kind/knowledgeable and professional. He is the only doctor I've seen concerning this matter that has been able to help me. I admire/appreciate and respect him.

very upset about my entire visit with this doctor. The best thing about our visit is his intern. She at least spent more then 5 minutes with us. We were rushed out of the office because "they needed the room". Very poor professionalism and could care less. Your just a number not a person here....
