I booked my 6 year old to see this provider to be assessed for ADHD, which I was told was a service he could provide, and I completed several pages of history paperwork before the appointment. At the appt he spent about 5 minutes with us, did not introduce himself or speak to my son, asked me why we were there, asked how old my son was, and what we wanted him to do (all of which was included in the intake paperwork). He then handed us a card of a different neuropsychologist, not in his practice, that he wished to refer us to, because he could not do the assessment. When I pressed on this, he said, "Well, we could do a computer assessment in our other office" and I consented. We then were escorted back to the registration desk, where the receptionist was to help book that appt. Then, while being booked, another person came out and said, "Actually, your son is 6, and that test is only for children 8 or older, so we won't be able to do that either." This was an egregious waste of my time

Started me on a fantastic new antidepressant which is working so much better than any before. Very good experience, he was compassionate and professional.
