Dr. Harshinder Singh, MD

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. I identified an overpayment in April (across 7 visits) and spent four months trying to resolve it. I made repeated written requests for an accounting of the bills that went unanswered. After 2 months, the practice eventually acknowledged that a refund was owed, but calculated it ~$125 lower and would not provide documentation that allowed me to reconcile that amount with my finalized insurance EOBs. After I escalated the issue through my insurance company, the practice reviewed the account again and revised the refund to within $15 of my calculation (more than $100 higher than their original calculation). The refund was finally issued, but resolving an acknowledged overpayment should not require months of repeated requests and intervention from an insurance company. I strongly recommend that patients keep copies of their EOBs and payment records, and independently verify their patient responsibility.

Dr. Harshinder has a very thorough approach, is extremely intelligent, makes all efforts to diagnose and treat the issue.

My mum has pressure but recently she started bleeding from the nose, is it normal?

After a many quarterly visits and no answers, I accompanied my daughter to a visit. She continued to advise of fainting spells, dizziness, fatigue, and the feeling her heart stops beating when these episodes occur. So I advise her to keep a journal of time, place, food, etc. She diligently did this for a month. In one day she had over 17 episodes! During the visit I attended, not only could the MA not find her lab results, or the journal I faxed over, but to add frustration when Dr. Singh entered the room, he did not say hello just started mumbling to the MA. all the while never looking at us while asking vague questions, I then stated she keeps having these episodes and I brought a hard copy for you to see. WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING in my direction, he waved his hand and said this has nothing to do with her heart, I will continue to monitor her with Ultrasound. -- Fast forward, she now see's Dr. Perzanowski who caught an episode during a hospital visit and she was immediately scheduled for… a PACEMAKER due to second degree block, in her twenties!!! He gave her the utmost incredible care, I must say, I worked closely related in health care to cardio issues, at my previous job- to which the office highly recommends Dr. Singh. I will now always give him less than a zero for lack of respect, care, attentiveness, compassion, responsibility, and following the Hippocratic oath for his patients. My young daughter could have died at any episode, because yes, her heart was truly stopping as she advised. He should be thankful I am not the type to seek legal advise.

Very nice, caring and professional, he's an awesome doctor that takes time with his patients, I really like him!

Hard to book an appointment, always booked. Did not listen, nor even bothered to address and treat my cardiac issue. Was very much in a hurry. I could have saved my self money by looking on Google. Would Highly Not Recommend.

Dr. Singh is wonderful, caring and understanding. The most important thing Dr. Signh hears what you are saying to him. I trust him with my life. His staff are friendly.

He is very loud and didn't wait to hear an answer to a question. Not a good experience
