when my daughter was born i was young. i did everything on my own. she had to switch formulas due to spit up. she did great on soy. hospital discharged me saying she didnt need medication for spit up. follow up with this office says they will prescribe it for just in case she has issues. brought my newborn in because i was worried about her umbilical cord being a bit red. a stand in doctor left us traumatized. he first asked my age. then told me that i wasnt giving her the medicine like prescribed... i was dumbfounded. i was told by both hospital and doctor she did not need it. only in case she ever had problems i could have it on hand. he then took silver something or other and dug into and around her healing belly button. she screamed in pain.. i felt sick.. the hospital right next door advised us against that. I left and canceled all follow up appointments. i had her doctors transfer records to a better place. it took them MONTHS to transfer records. And the following few days CPS… shows up at my door for allegedly not feeding my daughter. I know this office called an unwarranted case on us. They had to drive us hours away to a main cps office. her weight was perfect. Since i had just fed her they subtracted her 3 oz feeding from her weight and proclaimed she was 1 oz behind on the average growth chart (not underweight just behind 1 whole oz) so they d be following the case. Nothing was ever found to be true. This was years ago but I am finally speaking out. do not go here. Disgusting

He got mad because my LO was crying.

I usually don't write reviews but the service here is so bad that i have to warn other people. She was in a hurry to leave the room, she did not listen to have my concern and just wrote a prescription for my son. I will be going to another ptactice. This office said they allowed to charge copay for a well visit because my son was treated for something else other than wellness. So welness is it is just wellness, no complain about anything else.
