She is abrupt rude and very unprofessional.

Don't like the front people Doctor and her nurse are always nice

I am a retired RN. I have place Dr Lucus with one of the worst bedside manners that I have ever experienced. When entering the exam room on each of my visits she asks, " What do you want from me today." I had made the appt for a new primary care MD, but had an injury. She would not allow me to address me medical history. I am now on SS disability. She mentioned that several times in talking down to me. I will be seeking a new primary care dr. No one should be treated like that. Her staff tells me she treats most patients in the same manner

Dr. Lucas is a wonderful doctor.. the front desk staff is horrible to deal with though. They are rude and abrupt and should not be there. I too wish Dr. Lucas had her own practice!

Dr. Lucas is a great doctor.She is kind, caring and compassionate and an excedllent diagnostician. The front desk staff are hossible to deal with and the last time I called for an appointment, I instead went to a walk in clininc to avoid dealing with them. I wish Dr. Lucas had a private practice!
