While I know she’s the only one in Columbus that does coloscopys , I would look elsewhere.. her work was fine and she detected cancer in my colon. But that’s when it all went downhill, she came me right after I woke up, told me I had colon cancer , said it’s been in there a while and that was IT! Didn’t give me any direction on what to do? Where to go? She gave me a card of an oncologist.: never explained to me that I probably needed a surgeon and an oncologist.: her bedside manner is terrible! I left so many phone calls to her office trying to get some answers about my pathology report, my Cscan report. Was told the report was in but I would have to wait til Monday as she was busy? Like what? Too busy she couldn’t give me a 1 minute phone call! It took her a MONTH before she finally reached out to me to schedule an appt to go over “my options” a MONTH! By that time I already got answers through ChatGPT, did my own research and had an appt with a surgeon. When your diagnosed with… cancer , try to find someone with a little more compassion, understanding.. and direction on how your going to proceed..her office was awesome btw , this is reflected on them

She actually wanted to fix my problem not make me keep coming back test after test after test.

Went to Dr. Vasser for a Colonoscopy/EGD. She's very caring and really listens to what you half to say. I highly recommend her if your needing any type of possible surgery.
