Rude, hostile, abrupt. Couldn't get me out of her office fast enough. Appt lasted less than 15 minutes & she got really snippy because I don't use MyChart and she had to "waste time" looking up test results on her computer. She just read off the results and when I asked questions about what the results mean, she told me to follow up with my primary care doctor.

Dr. Cullen is a great doctor. She listens and approaches care methodically. She is caring and compassionate. I have recommended her to all my family and friends when they look for a gastroenterologist.

Saw Dr. Holly Cullen last week. My appointment was at 11:00. I was taken on time, the doctor was attentive, thorough and kind (as usual) and I was finished by 11:30. You can’t do any better than that!

Had an appointment previously with Dr Pittman. Showed up on time, sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours! Dr came out of the door, saw us, no recognition, but proceeded on to whomever was called in, leaving us ignored completely- until we finally left and no one seemed to even care! No attempt to stop us, no apology, no follow up call...nothing! Recently, looked up and tried a different Dr in the practice: Dr. Holly Cullen...a breath of fresh air! Saw us on time, spoke to us in a very layman, easy to understand manner, in addition to, and having nothing to do with the medical advice, but in a peacefully decorated office space and followed up with calls from her assistant. Very highly satisfied and recommend her.

I think she is an excellent doctor who is quite thorough. The staff at Bergen Gastro/bergen medical really needs a course in customer service. We are customers nothing more. In my opinion this attitude comes from the top. This group is very disorganized, difficult to communicate with and consistently get messages/information wrong. The wait time is ridiculous. The office wants all patients to be 15 minutes early yet a wait of 45-60 minutes is average for all doctors in this practice. Although Dr. Cullen is an excellent doctor the negatives of the office outweigh her ability.
