Doctor howard bakovitz do not have any respect for his patience. I've been seeing him for over 10 years every time I have an appointment there in his office. My wait time, it's always over 2 hours. But this year, my last two visits, it was totally ridiculous.How long I had to wait. I set out in the lobby for 2 and a 1 hours. Then, they finally took me to the back and I waited for over 30 minutes on the doctor then I heard him in his office on a personal phone call, while he has a lobby full of patience and have patients waiting in the room. This is unacceptable because if you're 10 or 15 minutes late for your appointment, they want to reschedule you, but it's okay to make you sit there all those hours. Waiting on him as if his time is more valuable than ours. In his staff is no better they have such attitudes. I just recently had appointment yesterday. They got the referral from my doctor's office. I shows up for my appointment. I was 10 minutes late because of the weather. Traffic and… it took forever to find a parking spot in the garage. The young lady told me since I was late. They had to reschedule me then when I told her my reason for being late. And she was like, well, okay, I'll sign you in then. She turns around to tell me, oh, we don't have your referral. I said my doctor sent the referral over. Then, she tells me well the person who handles the. Referrals is gone for today. And I don't know how to operate the system to look it up. So again, my time was wasted Dr. Bakefitz may be a good gi doctor but it needs to learn some respect for the time of his patience and stop over booking his self, then he wouldn't have this problem. And his employees need to be a little more nicer, they get frustrated with us. Because we 're frustrated for sitting in a lobby anywhere from 2 to 2 and a 1 hours. Waiting to see him. And if we're ten minutes late, they want to charge us or tell us, oh, we got to reschedule you as if soon as we get there, they gonna take us in the back.This is a joke and clearly.He don't care what his patients say because there are plenty reviews out there. Where people are complaining about the wait time and he hasn't done anything to make it better. Other than they'll send out an apology to the person. But the apology is no good. If you're not trying to do anything to fix the problem. As I said, I've been going to see him for over 10 years. And it's always been an extremely long wait time, but it has gotten worse over the past few years

my husband took almost fifteen days to get an appointment, on the day scheduled for an online appointment, they canceled the appointment and moved it to another time on the same day, they charged the card and the service was not done and no one from the clinic called justify why the appointment did not happen.

He's been my GI for over 15 years, providing traditional colonoscopies once a year. He is great for that, he is a very nice Doctor and care about his client but has not experience in the latest procedures,. I have to say that. At the last procedure, 5 years ago, he saw a 8mm(small) sessile polyp and he suggested to remove my entire colon....I did not have any symptoms of Colitis, was not and still not taking any medications either. Went to Mayo Clinic(JAX), Using Chromonoscopy (using a dye to detect sessile polyps) and conduct EMR(Endoscopic Mucosal Resection) they have been being able to remove that and few more polyps (bigger ones as well). Every since and I still have my colon.. At my last scoping, only one Sessile polyp was found, it was 5mm...Just saying do your homework and get a 2nd opinion. Just because one Doctor can't do it, another one might!!!

When I went to see Dr B I was not in a good state. Upon entering the exam room he began with “start from the beginning”. I realized he was gathering a history of my condition so he could determine the course of treatment. He is a very patient Dr who is reassuring and is willing to take time to get to know his patient. Highly recommend!

Did not realize when I took time to answer survey that I needed to qualify for it. Looking for a doctor review is an important thing for me and I use your site for many reviews. Sorry I wasted your time!

Worst of the worst. Horrible

Dr Baikovits is fantastic as well as his team. They all have excellent bedside manner, kind and caring. He takes his time and is very thorough. Excellent dr!

My experience was most excellent everyone was kind courteous knowledgeable and very professional ,making a very uncomfortable experience most comfortable . The only way I would improve it would be a steak dinner upon completion

The staff seldom answers phone calls. When they do, they [it you on hold for a long time and then disconnect you. They never return phone calls when you do leave a message. They consistently mistype important information, so I cannot log into my patient portal.
