Dr. Howard Roy Sonderling, MD

Sonderling will waste your time, make you wait months for an appointment and then cancel it. once you finally get an appointment they will let you know that your primary care doctor referral has expired at the last minute. Then they will try to reschedule a new appointment for you next year. Go to another doctor if you actually want to get care. They are complete idiots and they will not even apologize or admit they screwed you up.

Had 2 televisits with dr sonderling. Great experience. He was patient and comforting. Is not an alarmist and has a good plan of action for me

Dr. Howard Sonderling is a caring, kind, knowledgable and a execellent diagnostician. For several months I couldn't leave my home because I was in the bathroom seven days a week and almost 24 hours a day. Dr. Sonderling ordered several tests and did a colonoscopy. He determined that I had Crohns and ullcerative colitis. This all began when I was 72 years old. Within a couple of months he put me on Remicade. The infusions started out once every two weeks and now I have an infusion once every two months. I now lead a normal and productive life. I own a large business and for several months I was absent. However, I have fabulous employees and they took over for me. Thank you Dr. Sonderling for giving me m;y old life back. I went to see Dr. Sonderling as a new pt. I waited in the lobby for about 45 min while receptionist got everything ready for my chart. She calls me up for my copay, I didn't have my debit card because it was being replaced by my bank since it was damaged. I took out a check to pay she said we do not accept checks, we have to reschedule. I said I was never advised of this, she said only cash or credit card is accepted. Also I wasn't advised before my appt. that they need to keep a credit card on file. so disappointed..wont be back!!

Dr sonderling is a super special doc!I am grateful and fortunate to have him on my team. He is a great listener, explains easily, cares, is so very kind and a great doctor. I had a colonoscopy and he was gentle but concerned he found something on my ovaries, contacted my gyro and literally saved my life.

It is very very rare the you go to a Drs office in Florida and they: Take you 5 minutes before your appt. The front Desk actually knows who you are. Kelly remembered our conversation from the day before. She knew exactly what I was there for. She actually spoke to me eye to eye. I was in shock. From the minute I walked in I felt that they actually cared about me as an individual. Everyone that I encountered was pleasant and caring. Dr Sonderling spoke to me and was not typing furiously on a computer or an iPad. He listened to my issue and came up with a plan. I highly recommend Dr Sonderling he is truly a caring individual. This office is a rare find!

My first visit was terrific. The staff was friendly and thorough. Doctor has a wonderful sense of humor. Very pleased.

Dr. Sonderling prescribed two OTC products and a diet to help with a problem I had for seven months and not alleviated while under the care of a well qualified GI physician. Very appreciative of Dr Sonderling’s help!

Dr. Sonderling is truly one the finest physicians I’ve come across. I’ve been seeing him for over 10 years now and he’s helped me tremendously with several issues. His professionalism, bed-side manner, persistence and knowledge are impeccable. I would highly recommend him to anyone with gastrointestinal problems.
