Took my mom to this doctor because she was hearing sounds in one of her ear. The doctor looked at her ears less than five seconds told her she doesn’t know did not order an x-ray did not order anything else told her to go and do your test do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor

I went to see the ENT Dr. Hwa Son for ear wax cleaning. She looked at one of my ears and said that it looks fine and that I need to see another doctor for hearing aid. She told me to just come back on Monday and have the other doctor do the cleaning at the same time. My grandson asked her to please do it since we are already there. She made a face and then grabbed some long tools and started digging through the ear canal with them. It was so painful. Then my grandson who is a medical professional, asked her to please use an agent that will help break up the wax. She told me, a 78 year old woman, to use debrox twice a day, for 2 weeks in order to break up the wax by myself, at home. My grandson asked her again, to please try another method to clean out the ears. She had such a rude attitude, but eventually got some water and tried to clean it with water. After a very short moment, she said "I tried". There is nothing I can help you with. I have never met a doctor as rude, incompetent,… and unprofessional as Dr. Hwa Son. I hope that WestMed oversees her visits with patients because I don't want what happened to me, to happen to anyone else. My ear is still in severe pain.
