Not sure if the doctor here is worth all day for a 930am appointment. You’d need a day off or retired for a visit. Terrible wait time, especially when you’re not feeling well. Oh, and plan to bring a winter coat! Even the front desk receptionist has one on! We’ll see…3 hours and still waiting

Caring doctor. She spends quality time with patients. Wait time is not a problem if you schedule them early! Excellent professional!

Ida is wonderful...she is very caring and doesn't just give you 2/3 mins and leave...she is really good on ordering all texting, blood work, etc...best doctor i have ever had over 25 years...thanks IDA and staff is A++ gets everything done right away!

I wrote one earlier and I'm still here, 10:30 appointment time 3:00 just now seeing the doctor. Great customer service!!!

Dr. Gagliardi may nice but this practice is just plain wrong. Who makes appointment with people and have a time set for you to show just to tell you, you have 13 people ahead of you and you'll have to wait hours to been seen or you can reschedule and do this all over again on another day you took time out to come in here and it doesn't seem to matter to anyone there. How can you advertise walk in's if you can't even get the people who have appointments.Patient

After 2 ER visits, still unable to see doctor. Office is a joke and doesn't care about the health of her patients.

As an RN I have high expectations of Medical care. This office, however, does not. On my first visit for Lab work with I was diagnosed with a UTI and told the RX would be at my pharmacy. It took 5 phone calls and 5 days for the RX to get to the pharmacy. The Doctor never issued the order. Recently, I was in for a 6 month exam, told the stick test was positive for UTI, an RX was sent to pharmacy I was told I didn't have to take it until they got the culture back. I never got a call back so after 7 days of waiting I called left a message, received a call back indicating to call the office again. I did so the Nurse was busy and would call back when she finally did I was told a culture was not done because there was no order issued for one???? Needless to say I am not impressed with this Doctor or her staff. You could die before anyone ever calls you back.

One receptionist in particular was rude and does not belong in the front dealing with patients - she does not know how to multitask
