Dr. Ilya Blokh, MD

I waited for almost 2 hours the first time I was here. One patient ranted that Dr. Blokh is always on the phone while seeing his patients. That's true. I didn't mind for Dr. Blokh talked nicely and he even printed a report on what he discussed with me. He also gave me copies of my blood test results, MRI report, etc. The worst part is this - another doctor noticed an error on my MRI report. I emailed Dr. Blokh about it. Kathy, his asst. manager, emailed me back that I should talk to the hospital's radiology dept. where my MRI was done. She faxed my documents to the hospital. I called the hospital and I was told to call the main office, where the radiologist stays. I called the main office and was told to call my doctor to talk to the radiologist. I talked to Kathy, who then informed me that Dr. Blokh is too busy to talk to the radiologist so I should call back the hospital. I was in a ballgame. All I wanted is to correct an error on my MRI report. Dr Blokh is too busy.

My other review didn't let me click 5 stars so I'm re doing it. Absolutely accommodating staff. Phones answered right away dr. Note emailed right away. Appointments change in a timely manner. Excellent excellent staff! Very knowledgeable dr. Went over in detail everything! Allowed me to ask tons of questions... Very patient dr. Sat with Mr for at least an hour!

I was referred to this doctor by ny cardiologist... I feel this this doctor is extremely thorough. I think he's an incredible DR! If you do visit , plan to wait like 2-3 hours as it's always super busy but again. I feel it's worth it. The staff on the phone are absolutely fantastic! I've called many times in 1 day. They're always patient always accommodating. Changed ny appointments and my times. They wrote and email my DR note right away... re wrote the referral for blood work that I've lost phone is always answered immediately.. very impressed with this office...

My office visit with Dr Blokh was very positive. I found Dr Blokh to be very knowledgable and he spent time going over my blood test results and explaining everything to me in detail and the treatment plan. He was very caring.

Was terrified to learn the diagnosis. In a very friendly and easy to understand dr explained the diagnosis and treatment plan. I wish each office will have such gods hearted clerical staff. If I will be needed to wait I will will do that just to be treated by this doctor

Doctor is very knowledgeable and patient, open to questions, takes time to explain all details in diagnosis and treatment options. I am very much satisfied with my visit to his office.

Great doctor. Very knowledgeable, caring and responsible. Would highly recommend him!

spent 30 minutes with me on the first time. he read the lab report with me next to him and inputted in the computer and got distracted every 3 minutes with his phone. Didn't care to put various situations together and study on it. don't bother to call me and explain the lab work that he ordered.
