Dr. Ingrid Worrell Jackson, MD

I saw Dr. Jackson a couple of times, And have no complaints. The office moved, and as many are doing, a PA has taken over. My complaint is about the office. I have called numerous times, never getting a live response, and my calls were never returned. My insurance requires check ups, but if there is no humans,????????????

I have some strong bad thing to say about this clinic, but this site would not allow me to post it. I do not even know why and how they are still in business. I had the worst experience of my life. Horrible horrible people, the receptionist, the nurse, the doctors, the manger do NOT care about you. Very unethical, uprofessional, and mean.

Takes FOREVER TO GET REFERRALS ....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SEEING THIS DR. !!!

This office has extremely poor communication, takes several days to call in prescriptions, and insists on unnecessary appointments and procedures. I’m on Sooner Care and am reporting them for fraud because of the latter reason.

Dr. Jackson has been my doctor over 20 years. She has seen me through many medical issues and a few traumas. I do feel like she cares about me and I hope she will continue to practice somewhere. I didn't like Mercy Health either.

Dr. Jackson has left Mercy clinic. But, wherever she goes I will follow her. She is a great doctor!

Just say NO! Not worth your health to go to this doctor.

I was first recommended to visit Dr. Jackson by a family member who told me all of her friends and girlfriends went to her. Based on this information, I thought she must have been great or why else would a group of people continue to go to someone? After two years with Dr. Jackson, I have finally decided to part ways for numerous reasons. Chiefly, her apathetic attitude toward her patients. I have never been to a doctor, where you have to follow up your appointments with several follow up calls. It is unprofessional and proves exactly her lack of attention and care to the patients she serves. As a Christian, I continued to visit Dr. Jackson solely based on our one commonality, Christianity. But if being a Christian in her opinion is not caring and making people jump through hoops to get in communication her, then I guess we do not share any characteristics that are redeeming of our common faith. The receptionists are nice, but do not transfer information to the nurse/doctor in an… efficient manner. One simple question required several calls to the office and then waiting several weeks to hear back (with follow up calls in between). I personally do not have time to make for sure the doctor is doing her job and making sure the information I need is conveyed. It should be simple. If I do not do my job and fulfill the obligations of my profession from a customer service standpoint, I would be fired. But because she is a doctor, she does not feel the need to provide customer service. To me, that is wrong and now is at the point where I refuse to tolerate it. If you do have a choice on which doctor you can see, I would just think twice about picking Dr. Jackson.

I had two sets of blood work done on my visit. Both sets of test results were available that same day, and I only received one set. As per her Nurse, Dr. Jackson "forgot to give you the 2nd set of results" so I went back the next day to get those results, because they would not release them over the phone. I was charged over $70 for the follow up visit. After waiting over 6 months to get a final answer on this billing issue, no one from her office contacted me. I had to contact their corporate billing department and was told that the fee would not be waived, because "The Dr. will not release results on two different conditions on one visit". Which is untrue, because I've had these separate conditions for over 10 years, and she always gave me both results the same date in the past (and has also done so since that visit in question). These charges resulted solely resulted from her lack of organization. I've seen this doctor for over 8 years, and this has made me angry enough to… find another physician. I warn her patients or future patients to be cautions and be wary of "follow up visits" that aren't needed - your test results are yours, and you can have them communicated to you in whatever manner is most convenient---not what is convenient for the Dr. to pay for her vacations to the Caribbean.
