Dr. Jack P Mourad, MD

Very nice office and friendly staff.

My girlfriend had gone to the ER at Fatima Hospital to be tested for Lead Poisoning. He tests her for drugs instead. How does a doctor whose been practicing medicine for 22 years confuses this? Do yourself a favor, if you hear his name, ask for someone else.

Midge is the head secertary for Dr. Mourad and she is just awful! She never calls in refillable scripts when they need to be. Talks to you as if you are an idiot. She is incrediblely rude and snappy. My whole family used to goes to this dr. Dr. Mourad is becoming "forgetful" , too and because he keeps Midge working for him, he looks just as bad. Of all the doctors in Cranston, I decided to leave and try a new Dr. who isn't script happy and doesn't play pass the buck and has a friendly staff. Dr. Mourad is never there and when he is he is always late or making you wait while they chat with a Pill Rep that has just dropped by. Who is more important, a Pill Rep or a Patient?

Dr Mourad is a great Dr. I wish he practiced in pediatrics so I could take my whole family in, as we trust him completely.

Her name is Midge not Mitch. I've been going to Dr. Mourad for over 10 years and Midge has been nothing but first rate. She is a very caring person. Greets everyone by first name and is a very pleasant person. My only problem with this office is the wait time. Dr. Mourad spends a lot of time at the hospital so is often late getting to the office. I had to go the ER last week and wasn't in there 5 minutes but who appears but Dr. Mourad. In my opinion he is a compassionate and caring physician.

Mitch is Dr. Murad's secretary. She is completely unprofessional and extremely rude to patients. She treats you like a number instead of a person and lacks patience. I just wonder how she would like to be treated if she were in the same situation. Mitch is very condesceding and I stopped going to Dr. Mourad because of her lack of professioanlism.

The office secretary (Mitch) is extremly unprofessional and very rude. She treats you like you are a # and not as a person. They should seek other opportunties because she is does not belong in the medical field.

The office assistant Mitch is horrible. She is uncaring, insensitive and this is the reason why I do not go see Dr. Mourad anymore.
