Dr. Jacqueline Soicher Weisbein, DO

Just so you all know... Dr. Weisbein hung up on me today when I was trying to give her feedback about how her staff was giving my family a lot of push back in care with pain management of my mom's back. She was under a lot of pain, and Dr. Weisbein came highly recommended, but when we tried to get an appointment her staff made it so hard. Making us have to drive the records to Napa to get an appointment, because Weisbein demanded records before even making an appointment. I tried to talk to an Office Manager about the situation, but they were not hearing me, were not compassionate of empathetic about the situation. This is management with full of ego that they're good and can turn patients away, and not really feel your sense of urgency for what your family is going through. In the end, Dr. Weisbein did not want to hear me when I was trying to explain the frustration in trying to get an appointment with her. We waited over a month, only to be told that we could only see her assistant,… and then they said perhaps we can see Dr. Weisbein... only available in late July 2025. They wasted our time and effort in trying to see her, and see seems very capable, but hung up on me when I tried to give her constructive criticism about how her administration could be a little better without all of the lack of communication and lackadaisical nature of attending to people who want to see her. Because she came highly recommended, she had full ego to hang up on me about my mom's care... an Alzheimer's patient too.

so rude its appalling. chip on her shoulder with no empathy. thinks knows it all,, several injections no improvement and wanted to implant something in me, thank goodness my pcp sent me to another doctor for a second opinion that stopped, listened and actually did one targetted injection and now 75% improved.

After she performed surgery on me I developed a serious infection. It was extremely painful I had told her this many times but Dr. Weisbien ignored me more.importantly she never seriously the pus that was oozing out of the surgical site for several weeks had I not seen another doctor at UCSF the infection would have spread.

Talented and caring if you ask me. I was on op4ioids forever for my back pain. The dr. Informed me of a minimaly invasive surgical procedure. I can see she's very good at what she does.

I have seen many doctor about my conditio. but I have never seen a doctor who truly cares about her patient. Dr. Weisbein gave me my life back and now I am able to do what I used to do before. Thank you Dr Weisben. You are God send. .

Very rude glad she left napa. Now I don't have to find pain clinic out of napaa

Dr. Weisbein is amazing in every way! I cannot recommend her enough. She is brilliant and emphatic. I will not be seen by anyone else!

Dr weisbein gave me a medication I was allergic to for 18 days. 5th day I came in "your fine your body is adjusting to this need med" 12th day "stormed in demanded a pee test asked if I was abusing my meds had me in tears" made me feel like I was crazy!" I went to my primary care physician who took me off immediately did an ekg, I lost 15 lbs , I was shaking my heart rate was 140 she put me in clonopin and a bp med temporarily! Saw weisbein the 18th day she apologized didn't realize I was having a reaction apologized and said "this happens! I wish I was strong enough to speak up however I asked to speak with the head of the clini four different ppl and they refused to contact him! Weisbein has bad bedside manners judged me immediately and should not be treating patients who are already fragile!
