Very conscience Dr and willing to take the time to explain very a difficult situation. The staff was curtieus and very professional. Top rating for professionalism.

I’ve been a patient for 20 years was scheduled for my yearly exam. I did not realize I left my card home after paying bills the night before. The receptionist called to collect my co-pay of $50 I told her I left my card, I can go and get it she said no you will need to reschedule I explained to her my husband is scheduled for a hip replacement next week it really would be an inconvenience for me to reschedule, she still had no understanding or care only the $50 Dr. Villa is a great doctor, however the first impression is the receptionist who may need to have training on how to over deliver for the patients and patient care.

I went to see this doctor and he was excellent in discussing diagnosis and treatment! He was a light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you very much Dr Villa

Excellent doctor along with staff

Dr. Villa was wonderful, he spent time explaining everything and answered all my questions. The staff in the Boynton Beach office is wonderful! I can not say enough about how helpful and kind they were!!

I liked Dr. Villa very much. He addressed my possible cancer with great care and a sense of urgency. He ordered a PET scan be done. His office people are terrible! One insisted I needed to have my primary order a PET scan. When I insisted that my insurance said that was not the case. They continued with this line as if they only had one recording. They were rude, did not return calls and consequently because of them, my PET scan was denied. It took ME 3 weeks of torture to finally get it approved, all the while having something near my spine, and they still insisted my primary had to order it..over and over. I will never go back, even though the doctor was wonderful. I'm new in Florida and I think there should be courses for these people in how to deal with urgency and how to LISTEN when a patient has something of value to say!! HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF. This never would have happened where I came from and especially with a history of cancer that I have. To keep saying the same thing… over and over and not listen to what I was saying is unforgivable and just plain STUPID.

I was treated for breast cancer. Dr. Villa has a warm and friendly manner. I felt I was in good hands. His staff was great.

A wonderful physician and person. He is very knowledgable and explained everything to me. He followed up with phone calls when necessary. I highly recommend him as a physician.

Dr. Villa spends the the best quality time and provides the most informative information of any doctor I have beeen involved with since contacting and surviving cancer.
