Hot upset because I missed an appt. I see 5 other doctors there that are very.nice. from my oncologist to my lung doctor. Dr T. Life is too short for that attitude

he was great for a few years then gave up completely and discharged me without an explanation or nothing just a letter saying I am being discharged and to have my new dr request my records sad I had high hopes that I had finally found a good doctor

I was new to Florida when I needed to choose a Primary Care Doctor. I am not sure why I chose Dr. Tavarez, but I have been very happy with him and his office staff.

I regret choosing this doctor as my family PCP grave mistake I paid dearly with my mother's life because of his arrogance and demigod attitude dr Tavares does not listen to his patients and minimize their concerns thus causing the death of my dear beloved mother
