Dr. James Gregory Egnatchik, MD

Dr. Egnatchick did my ACDF surgery and is highly recommend. My surgery went well great staff I'm still recovering .Doing well as expected. I highly recommended Dr. Egnatchik he's detailed oriented and a superb neurologist.

Awful human being...in my opinion, he cost me my social security disability by not being truthful about my case, my symptoms, and even the extent of my spine issues. I repeatedly told him I was having mid back and lower back pain, and he ignored me, trying to rush me into having a three level fusion in my neck. I ended up having a total of sixteen herniated discs in my spine, and three other surgeons / neurologists said that if I would have had the surgery, it would have most likely failed and caused me more problems, because the discs above and below where he wanted to perform the fusion were also herniated. I now see a surgeon and neurologist who actually care about their patients and listen to their concerns. I am so glad that I did not let this man perform any kind of surgery on my spine, and thankful that I listened to my intuitions about this whole scenario. My suggestion to anyone reading this...ALWAYS get a second (and even third) opinion about any kind of major surgery,… and be sure to research all options.

I had a brain tumor removed by Dr Egnatchik. He made feel confident and took his time with me explaining what needed to be done.

Still trying to figure out why reviews are so high. Nurse takes my blood pressure over my thick Sherpa top. PA tests my reflexes thru my jeans and boots. Unbelievable! I kept silent watching this travesty of medical care. I have been a RN for over 30yrs., and am disgusted by this careless reckless care that was administered to me. Shame on you medical professionals if I can call you that!

My wife was diagnosed with a very large brain tumor in 2014. Surgery was long and extensive. Dr Egnatchik is an amazing surgeon. My wife almost died after also battling pneumonia shortly after surgery...but she battled through and is doing great 3 years later. Doctor Egnatchik is just wonderful...recommend him to anyone!

Waited months for an appointment to see him for surgery. PA was supposed to brief him about my MRI. He came into the room and knew nothing at all why I was there and tried to tell me to do physical therapy after I already did that and had other treatments as well with no relief, have a bulging disc pressing on a nerve and am having atrophy now because of it. Would never see him again. Office staff was also very rude as well. Thanks for nothing. Would give for zero stars for review but that is not an option.

Dr. Egnatchik performed my spinal fusion in 1990 after I fractured my spine in am automobile accident. After all these years, I am now 46 years old and have ZERO limitations or problems with my back. He is the best!!!!!! Please don't consider anyone else to do your surgery- I would go back to Dr. E in a heartbeat:
