Dr. Slyman is thorough in his exams and genuinely cares about each of his patients. I recommend him and his staff for eye care and eye health for the entire family.

Dr. Slyman was able to diagnose me with a hereditary eye disease that at least three other eye doctors were unable to detect. He referred me to NC Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem where I was seen by Matt Gigengach, MD. In the past three years Dr. Gigengach has replaced my cornea in both eyes. As a result, my vision is near perfect in both eye, and I am no longer in pain. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Slyman for restoring my eyesight. Thank you, Dr. Slyman!

Even so, the wait times have always been very reasonable for me. The experience and expertise available at DEA is unmatched in Davidson county and even many surrounding counties. Since I've moved away from Lexington several years ago, I now actually drive 2 hours to come back to Lexington for appointments and have no plan to change that. That's how much I trust Davidson Eye associates!
