Dr. Janette Reid Froehlich, MD

I consider Dr Froehlich to be the best primary physician I have ever had. I have been with her for over a decade and she is on top of everything. I am healthier than I was 15 years ago. I rarely have to wait and have never had a problem with her staff.

Dr Froehlich spends time listening to her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable. I consider her one of the best physicians I've ever had.

I had been a patient for over 12 years. I knew that It would be at least 2 hours before I got out of the office. The waits were terrible. have. I was in a move and missed a nurse's appointment and was kicked out. Now this appointment was rescheduled when I had gone in for the appointment before and the nurse was not there and they had neglected to tell me. I got a letter saying I was not their patient. The next week I woke up feeling very very bad. I run low blood pressure so sometimes I have problems in the morning with it being low. But I felt much worse than that, I also have acute kidney failure. I called the office, did not know who else to call. Was told, I was not their patient and they hung up. I called the squad, they took me in immediately. I was septic and about died. The Hospital could never find the cause of the infection. After I had to go to a clinic for about 2 months, It took Dr. Froehlich's office 2 months to get my records to my new Dr. Dr. Froehlich… also did not really understand some of my problems and just brushed them off. I was very loyal to her, but she did not really care about me.

I hate to leave a negative comment but it is NOT about Dr. Froelich. Rather it is abut her staff. After waiting 25 minutes and politely asking what was causing the delay and why everyone else in the waiting room had been called, the receptionist took great delight in telling me those "were nurses appt". I understood but the "so there!" attitude of Dr. Froelich's receptionist is unforgivable. She needs to realize that she represents the entire operation when she speaks disrespectfully to patients. We need to remember that we are the customers when we see a doctor. And so does the staff!

Dr Froelich is a fantastic Dr. She takes time and listens to your questions. Very thorough and personable, also.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Froehlich's for 6 years now. Neither of us have ever had a complaint concerning the excellent care we always receive from her and her staff...we have nothing but praise. She is caring, capable and knowledgeable.

Dr. Froehlich redefines quality medical care - she takes her time to be thorough, and consequently does sometime fall behind on her scheduling. She reminds me of the old-fashioned family doctor who used to take all the time to listen to the patient's whole story. She is definitely worth the wait.

Dr. Froehlich is an outstanding physician. She takes the time to explain things carefully and in detail so that you understand both what the problem is and what your treatment options are. She regards you as a person and is as careful and conscientious with your emotional well-being as she is with your physical health. Dr. Froehlich is a very warm person with a great deal of compassion. By far the best doctor I have ever had. I consider myself fortunate to have her as my family physician. I cannot rate her highly enough.

Very Caring, Nice wonderful Dr you will ever met. Time getting back to the rooom great. But time waiting for her to come into your room Not that great. But she is well worth the wait!!!
