Dr. Janine Kasch, DO

I have been calling for 3 days to get my daughter an appointment and she is totally booked everyday. They just want us to go to the ER. Not sure how a Dr. can't see her patients when they are sick?

Originally I had called to book an appt with a different doctor in this practice, but he wasn't available for over a week and Dr. Kasch had an opening. I had never been to see her before. She was very attentive, thorough, listened to me, and overall I found her to be very personable. On subsequent visits, she remembered things we had discussed and asked me about them. I have since requested to see only her. I know another person complained about the wait time, but after my experience with her I understand. She spent a lot of time with me for my medical issue, and I realize I could have easily been making her late for appts after mine, so I am willing to do the same for other patients she may need to do the same with.

I would never return to see Dr. Kasch. On one visit, she kept me waiting 45 minutes when I needed to return to work fairly quickly. When I commented on the wait, she became so unpleasant to me I never made another appointment with her. When visiting Urgent Care some time later, she was the only doctor available. Rather than cooperate with me during the visit, she documented information that didn't relate to my visit. My insurance company refused to pay for my visit or treatment with another provider because of her inaccurate documentation.
